I love this jerky, but can’t find it within 150 miles, or I’ve just not looked hard enough. So I started making my own. Can’t duplicate the texture exactly at home but the flavor of the seasoning is right on. Still order online a few times a year though for “research purposes”

Beef Jerky for All!

I grew up on the Central Coast where Susie Q is practically one of the major food groups. Since we moved to the DC area, my wife surprised me with Susie Q Beef Jerky for Christmas. It brought back all the savory and delicious tastes of BBQ-ing back home. It was so good I had to purchased a few more bags to share with Rep. Carbajal and his staff when I dropped by to visit his office in DC. It made their day :) Beef Jerky for All!

I love all of the Susie Q's products I've tried, but I am far and away most in love with this beef jerky. Its moist and meaty and perfectly flavorful. An excellent snack for those of us avoiding carbs. Is it salty? Yeah. Its beef jerky! And its the BEST kind of salty - Susie Q's seasoning salty!!!!!
