Product Availability
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.  The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our packing time and shipping time. For example, for a Standard UPS Ground Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-2 days for us to process and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

For example, if you select Standard UPS Ground Delivery, the shipping time will be 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 days for processing + 3-7 days (shipping time), for a total of 4-9 business days from the time you place your order.

Delivery Options
Standard UPS Ground Delivery
Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 9 business days for delivery. Signature is required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and International addresses.

UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery
Orders will arrive within 2-3 business days after being ordered. Signature is required for delivery. 2nd Day Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

UPS Next Day Air Delivery
Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days of being ordered. Overnight Delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature is required for delivery. Overnight Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and International addresses.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO
Standard Delivery shipping to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $7.00. Due to the considerable expense, 2nd Day Delivery and Next Day Air are available for shipments to some addresses. Please e-mail us for shipping quotes.

Shipping to International Addresses
Standard Delivery shipping to these addresses is available for an extra charge. Please e-mail us for shipping quotes.

Tracking Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your SusieQ's Brand order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification along with the UPS tracking number of your shipment. You can track your shipment at www.ups.com and click on the tracking button and enter your tracking number, or contact us via e-mail or at (800) 268-1041.
